Possibly the best and decent stay for the price. Easy transportation with a tube station located close to the hotel. Brand-new and clean room with a bathroom, shower, for instance.

Rented 2 rooms, one was nice and clean, the other was smoky and old.

the only positive thing is the good location and the breakfast for 4.50 Euro at the cafe close by.
very small room and far too small bed for two people. don't accept the "better" room with toilet facility on the other side of the spatio. as the renovations still going on, the room is sticky and dusty. the hotel is ok if your budget is small, for staying one night only and if you are travelling alone (small bed).

The location of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent - a 10-15 minute walk from Place de la Republique.
There was something as elevator missing, we were a little disappointed.

The food was brilliant with plenty of choice! The staff was pleasant, the room was cheap and warm enough with a bathroom. The location was decent and convenient, relatively near square des Recollets. You could walk to a market and shops...
There was no lift, plus internet connection was low.

A bargain of a room with its own bathroom that did the job and kept us cozy. the spot was in a chill neighborhood, super nice and convenient - plus, there was a supermarket and shops close by. 🛒

Unfortunately, the stay in the hotel was a serious disaster. The hotel lobby was under construction, our room in the second floor stank due to the sewage system and bed was full of bed bugs. In the morning we decided to leave immediately. Hotel staff did not appologize at all, moreover did not return (even after a long discussion) our money for other additional night we had paid a day before.
The hotel does not fullfill even single hygenic standards, hotel stuff unfriendly. After a long discussion over the return of money for extra night, the only thing they offered was to stay in a different room. Please, I really advise everybody not to stay in this hotel, it will spoil the pleasant experience from Paris.

The staff here are friendly and the location is fantastic, and despite not looking great in pictures, the affordable double room comes with its own bathroom.

I enjoyed the affordable price and the convenient location of the hotel. It was great to be able to save some money while staying in a key area of the city. Additionally, the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, which made my stay more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to my experience. The check-in process was slow and inconvenient, and there was no one available at the front desk when I arrived.

“Pros”: I must say, for the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the value at this hotel. The room may have been basic, but it was clean and the linens were fresh. Plus, the location was great, just a short walk from the metro station. The staff treated me well and made me feel welcome.
